Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan. The taste is unique because there are chewy rounds made from tapioca flour ingredients. It looks like a round pearl of various colors. So, with the bubble sensation, then you can get a fresh sensation while eliminating hunger.


Here's how to make bubbles for your favorite tea drink!

Ingredients needed:


100 ml of water

100 grams of tapioca flour/glutinous rice flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

60 grams of granulated sugar

50 grams of melted concentrated cooked chocolate

15 grams of white butter

How to make bubble tea


First, put the salt in the tapioca flour dough, then strain until smooth. Then, mix it with warm water to taste and put it in a heat-resistant bowl.

While the dough is still warm, remove the bowl and add the melted cooked chocolate, then stir using a mixer until evenly distributed.

Combine white butter and granulated sugar into the dough. stir constantly until evenly distributed.

After finished, roll the dough in a cylindrical shape and then cut into pieces 1 cm in size. After the balls are finished and chewy, boil them in boiling water.

Boil the bubble until it floats and cooks. The finished bubble can be mixed with various types of drinks, such as milk tea, milkshakes, cold milk and so on.
