One more Japanese food we miss! Though onigiri is one of the foods in Japanese convenience stores that are very effective to block the stomach when traveling there again. Stay at home, make your own!

Ingredients to be prepared:

1. Rice 

2. Gelatin powder (plain)

3. Canned tuna 

4. Mayonnaise 

How to make:

1. Cook the rice as usual, but mix the gelatin powder into the rice to be cooked so that the rice is easier to form 

2. Mix canned tuna with mayonnaise, sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste 

3. After the rice is cold, place the rice on the plastic wrap and flatten it 

4. Put the mayonnaise tuna mixture on top of the rice and start the rice form into the shape of the fist rice 

5. If at home there is furikake, you can sprinkle furikake on onigiri rice
